Hi, y'all - I'm Edgar, or my foster Dad calls me Eddie sometimes, too! It is nice to meet you! My previous owner surrendered me to animal control in northern Virginia with little information about my history. I'm an 11-year-old, 26-pound, adorable buff-colored cocker spaniel. I’m fine around other dogs but don't know about cats, but my foster Mom thinks I would be fine with them.

First please check out my video here- to show you just how sweet I am! My ideal forever home is with someone who is home often or a doggie door for access to a fenced yard. After visiting the doggie specialist, I have something called colitis or I’ve heard the term “irritable bowel”. This means that I need special prescription food and daily meds to keep my tummy feelings it’s best! Additionally I have arthritis so I take daily pills for that too. I take all my pills easily in my yummy dog food. My foster pawrents tell me everyday how sweet I am and I loooove when they pet me. I ride nicely in the car too. I can be a bit of a chatter at home so apartments aren’t ideal and please no children but visiting kids would be okay.
